"We hired Kylee and Bailey’s Day of Wedding Coordination Services for our traditional Filipino Catholic wedding. They responded to all of our questions day or night during our wedding preparation since most of our decorations were DIYs. We love how they gave their full attention to all the details on our wedding day. They helped us find a florist that fit our budget using their connections and they also had a seamstress, who fixed the wedding dress one week before the event. They provided full support during the wedding rehearsals in the church.
On the actual wedding day, they took care of setting up all the decorations the exact way that we wanted. With just one text, they helped us get some important items that we forgot to bring. They also took care of picking up our wedding cake. Kylee and Bailey were on our side on the whole day and night of the event. And at the end of the party, the decorations were put back in containers as if they had not been opened at all. They did exceptional work in the set up and tear down of our wedding venue.
Our wedding would not have been a success without you on our side. We made a great team and we enjoyed our zoom meetings, talks, texts in the time we worked together. My wife and I love you both and may you help more couples in the future!"

We discussed our ideas with them and they were able to grasp exactly the type of decor we wanted. They did all the leg work so we didn’t have to. They made beautiful custom pieces for some of our signage and yard games which we will now cherish forever. Every penny we spent with them was worth it.
Kylee and Bailey truly have an eye for class and pay attention to details. They allowed me to walk into my reception without having to worry about a single thing. "Bailey and Kylee at Ryann Rae Events are the absolute best!!! Having these two wonderful ladies help plan our wedding was the best decision we could have made. They made planning our wedding so incredibly smooth and stress-free. I had a specific vision for our wedding and I gave them all the inspo pics and decorations, and they executed the most beautiful space for us and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined.
Every month they sent us a newsletter with tasks of what we needed to have done at the time, which was so helpful to keep us on track with the planning. They also helped us find our florist and our awesome DJ, Uninterrupted Space.
During one of our phone call catch-ups, I expressed that I would love a mimosa wall at the entrance of the venue for guests to walk into and grab a drink for the ceremony. They then created an awesome champagne wall for us to rent and it turned out perfect! It was such a hit and every single mimosa they put on it was enjoyed.
These women are incredibly hardworking and so passionate about their jobs, they will do anything and everything for you to ensure you have the most special day. We felt so lucky to have them be a part of our wedding and we can not recommend them enough!!"

They were SO involved and active and so much fun (even when I texted them daily) When I was stuck they helped me through multiple times, even down to creating a few items I had mentioned I dreamt of having at my wedding. Now, the day of, I can honestly say they're the reason I was quite possibly the calmest bride that ever was, I was completely at ease while they literally handled everything, and it made for the smoothest wedding I've been to (Which was echoed by my guests and DJ). Anytime I had a question or concern, these ladies would immediately communicate with a great response whether it was the fact that my bridesmaid had to pick up her car or get a ticket from a cop, or responding back to a text at 4 am, they were so amazing!
I was able to look at all the rentals they had for a VERY decent price to borrow for my day off! I NEVER felt stressed on my big day and I owe it ALL to these ladies! The vibes they gave off, I feel like I have some forever friends!"
